The Multakhs funnelled 600 million rubles from Lavna’s construction budget to a charitable foundation run by their aunt, used for personal loans

The Savelovsky Court has changed the measure of restraint for Stanislav Multakh, General Director of the Lavna maritime commercial port in Murmansk, from detention to house arrest.

His charge has also been reduced from Article 160 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement) to Article 201 (abuse of authority).

Multakh took over as head of the port in 2021, having previously worked at GTLK under the leadership of Evgeny Dietrich — also a man of the Rotenbergs, who was recently sent into "retirement" to the Federation Council and is nervously enduring the purge of people from the orbit of the oligarch brothers.

GTLK itself was incorporated in 2026 into the perimeter of development institutions under the management of VEB.RF, headed by Igor Shuvalov.

According to media reports, Multakh’s wife, Nadezhda Multakh, has served since 2020 as Executive Director of the business unit at VEB.RF, where she was responsible, among other things, for a blatant financial scheme involving the CSKA football club, which is run by Evgeny Giner and has been receiving irrevocable financing from VEB.RF for an extended period.

For many years, the security service of VEB.RF was not troubled by this duo. The husband — General Director of the Lavna Port project, the wife — a gatekeeper disbursing multi-billion-ruble loans on behalf of Igor Shuvalov’s VEB.RF.

The lobbyist for Multakh’s wife’s appointment at VEB.RF was named as the toxic Deputy Chairman Alexander Tarabrin, who has since been expelled from the board of the state corporation and exiled from criminal prosecution to the subsidiary publishing house "Prosveshchenie" (Enlightenment).
