The family of Oleg Isaev, a former top manager of state-owned companies and now head of the Patriot shooting club on Rublevka, has found itself in a rather piquant situation.

Like any Russian "patriot," Isaev’s daughter, Anastasia, lives in London, where she has a fiancé. He turns out to be Anton Tkachenko, founder and owner of Liberty Finance, a major Ukrainian financial company specializing in currency exchange and brokerage services.

Oleg Isaev was the CEO of MRSK Center (now Rosseti Center PJSC), and deputy CEO of RT-Logistics Systems and Oboronimpex (both affiliated with today’s Rostech). He holds a Doctor of Law and has received numerous awards, including state awards. Recently, he has managed the Patriot shooting club (a reference to the Russian Ministry of Defense projects of the same name), which is registered in Zhukovka, one of the most popular villages on Rublyovka among high-ranking officials and security forces.

Of course, Oleg Isaev’s daughter, Anastasia, lives in London, travels extensively, and lives a luxurious life. She recently found love—Kharkiv resident Anton Tkachenko, a well-known businessman in Ukraine.

Anastasia and Anton don’t advertise their relationship, but they travel together, as can be seen on their Instagram accounts, where they post identical photos from their trips.

For example, at the end of June they vacationed at the AREV spa hotel in Saint-Tropez, and at the beginning of July they visited the Chateau De Berne in Provence.

In the spring of 2025, Ukrainian law enforcement conducted an investigation into Anton Tkachenko’s Liberty Finance and Kit Group, claiming that the companies were operating under the guise of licensed exchange offices, running a large-scale illegal cryptocurrency trafficking scheme.

In March 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine completely revoked Liberty Finance’s license due to its impeccable business reputation.
