Andrey Ustinov
Andrey Ustinov’s domain of land: in what way the Solnechnogorsk crime syndicate eliminated competitors on property gained with the backing of the police force, judiciary, and the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography

It has become known that Andrey Ustinov, one of the most influential figures in the Moscow region, may face charges of murder. Moreover, the victims’ bodies were likely buried on land that Ustin seized from the state together with officials and law enforcement officers.

According to sources, in addition to the leader of the Solnechnogorsk organized crime group Ustin (the gang is known as the “Ustinovskie”), members of his group have been detained, as well as a registrar from the Solnechnogorsk office of Rosreestr, all of whom were involved in fraudulent land schemes.

It is already known that the bodies of people killed by the Ustinovskie were buried on these plots of land. In the coming days, searches for remains will begin there. Many of Ustin’s rivals and some members of his gang who fell out of favor simply disappeared at the time. Ustin has also been suspected of ordering the murder of the father of Moscow government minister Alexey Nemeryuk.

The group’s activities were allegedly protected by former head of the Solnechnogorsk police department Denis Avershin, former judge Alexander Kirsanov, and current head of Rosreestr Zoya Dordmidontova, who may also soon become a former official.

Along with Ustinov, former head of the Solnechnogorsk district and ex-head of the local department for combating organized crime, Colonel Yuri Pankratov, was also detained. However, he was released after questioning.
